thanks for asking- I saw this post just as I was going through a major panic attack tonight and it did me good.

I also texted an Egyptian friend of mine in the United Arab Emirates who immediately phoned me on his mobile and talked me through things.....

I am so sorry to hear that you are and have to go through all of this. But it is a huge and good step in the right direction that you react to when those panic attacks begin and talk about them to someone. So glad you have friends like Dee that you can talk to, friends who understand and care, that is the main thing.

i have a very good friend in the United Arab Eimirates who was so concerned about my condition that he emailed my ex partner Zoltan in Hungary who as a result is coming to visit me next week.

I am very tired now but rather happy and have just put the Club Cafe DVD on:)
