I thought you might like to know that SCIENCE FICTION WEEKLY had high praise for Janis's story "Mahmoud's Wives" which appears in the current issue of our magazine:
"Ian's story, "Mahmoud's Wives," a look at the oppression of women in extremist Islamic cultures, stalks its reader with the deadly patience of a jaguar."
The full review can be read at http://www.scifi.com/sfw/sites/sfw13139.html
(For those who still haven't read the story, you can find it at http://www.helixsf.com.)
Incidentally, we at Helix have - with Janis's permission - adopted "Take No Prisoners" as our official Battle Hymn.
