This is a Mac-specific security issue to watch out for... it's a trojan that - for the moment - only appears to disable your update system... but that leaves you vulnerable to all manner of mischief you may have to fix for yourself as Apple will be unable to help you with an update...
Us Windows people have been fending of this kind of attack for years now... you really didn't need this. :(
