Questions about Droid phones

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get something to replace my dumbphone. Because of a deal I can get, my choices are: Droid 3, Droid X2, Experia Play, and Droid Pro.

I'm leaning toward the Droid 3 because it has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. I'm pretty sure I do not want the Experia Play because it seems to be geared to gaming. The Droid Pro has an exposed QWERTY keyboard that I think I would not like.

Do any of you have any of these phones? What do you think?

Karen, if the deal comes around again, I have a Droid X, same as Janis and same as my sister. It's a little large compared to the iPhone but I really like it because I can SEE the screen!
One great fantastic beautiful app Janis came back from Swannanoa with is Easy Tether, or maybe it's easytether. You should buy it - under $10 I remember - and it lets you, for free, turn your phone into a hot spot for wifi. Just make sure you have unlimited data plan because otherwise it WILL cost you money, your phone company will end up charging you for the data. But it's fantastic. I use it when I'm travelling and hotels want to charge me for wifi, but you can use it anywhere - even pulled over in your car!

Techno Karen...keep on looking for that droid smart phone. I just upgraded to an Evo 4 (from a Samsung Droid I got a year ago) and I really like it (Debra, sister of the tour, highly endoursed it). On my first droid I got the slide out keyboard but found I really used the on screen one more than the slide out so I eliminated that option (and weight) in my new one. Judy thanks for the mention of easythether, I have a hot spot on my phone but it costs to activate it. I'll give this a try.
