Ubuntu Errors

All of a sudden I can't install/remove anything. It was fine earlier today, Now I can't. Error message: There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that allows you to install/remove software and perform other package management related tasks. WHAT TO DO? Days like these I like Windows.
WHAT would happen if I downloaded Ubuntu 11.04 daily build?

Open a console, then type:

$ sudo apt-get install aptdaemon

You'll be asked for your root password, then the wee beastie should mend itself.

If it throws you any errors that don't make sense to you, post them to this thread and I'll see what's happening.

Thanks ever so. I ran the command and at first it didn't work. So I tried a restart and VOILA! Thanks again.
