Ha Mike. You've obviously never driven across Ontario Canada from North Bay to Thunder Bay in the summer. Now that's boring man. 900 miles of bush broken only by the occasional road kill. Texas just don't compare to the Canadian Shield. Or how about the 800 mile gravel road from Edmonton to Yellowknife that's only open during the summer months? Bring a good book and some extra gas tanks. :D :D

I take it that's a literal "tourist trap"? Have this weird mental image of tow trucks with jumper cables and cans of gasoline driving along that 800 mile stretch. Charging premium prices, too.

800 miles would be almost three tanks of gas for my tiny car.....I don't even want to think about it....
